As an ICF Associate Certified Career Coach, I help young people (high school & college students) and working professionals discover their potential and passion and pursue a career that will make them fulfilled and successful. I am leveraging on my many years of exposure to various jobs/roles and work environments to enable my clients to make the right career choices through a program I developed, “Career Quest.”
Using Sandplay Therapy, I help individuals who wants to be healed of their emotional hurts and scars and who may be experiencing severe anxiety, restlessness, depression or anyone who simply just wants to be “ happier” and make choices that will enable them to become the persons they are meant to be.
Coach Beth is active in corporate trainings. She has more than twenty-five (25) years experience in all aspects of Human Resources Management and Organization Transformation in local and multinational companies from various industries (manufacturing, food consumer, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, banking, IT and BPO); more than 15 years’ experience as Head of Human Resources. At midlife, she went back full circle to pursue her passion in psychotherapy & life coaching.
